Immersed in the medieval world since I was little, surrounded by Cathar castles, I have always been passionate about this era, especially the knights with their shining armor and unwavering courage. My dream: to wear one of these armors and fight in duels with other knights. My encounter with HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) and the Chevaleresque School of Montpellier allowed me to fulfill this dream by participating in my first armored tournament.
Since then, my passion for these complex and elegant pieces of metal has only grown, leading me to achieve my goal: making my own armor. With the advice of experienced Armor makers I met along the way, I honed my skills until I finally created my own business.
In order to achieve a result as close to the original as possible, I was fortunate to meet Dr. Nicolas Baptiste, an expert on the subject, who offered his help several times, for which I am extremely grateful. Each piece is unique because it must also be custom-made. We create molds directly on the client to craft pieces that closely match their body shape. Additionally, the technical range includes pattern making and cutting, cold or hot shaping, sanding, tempering, assembling, and finishing with padding sewing, decorations, and leather work.
Today, I offer my clients reproductions of armor pieces or complete suits of armor, striving to be as faithful as possible to historical sources and to use the most authentic techniques available. Specializing in the late 14th and early 15th centuries, which I particularly cherish, I can also cover other periods. So, whether you are a reenactor, fighter, collector, or working for a museum, feel free to contact me so we can discuss your projects together.
